This club is supporting The FA’s Respect programme to ensure football can be enjoyed in a safe, positive environment. • Have fun; it’s what we’re all here for! • Celebrate effort and good play from both sides • Always respect the Referee and Coaches and encourage players to do the same • Stay behind the pitch-line and within the Designated Spectators’ Area (where provided) • When players make mistakes, offer them encouragement to try again next time • Never engage in or tolerate, offensive, insulting or abusive language or behaviour I understand that if I do not follow the Code, I may be: • Issued with a verbal warning or asked to leave • Required to meet with the club committee, league or CFA Welfare Officer • Obliged to undertake an FA educational course • Requested not to attend future games, be suspended or have my membership removed • Required to leave the club along with any dependents and/or issued a fine.

Information we collect We collect and store the following personal information for players and their parents/guardians: • Child’s full name and date of birth • Parent/guardian name, address, phone number, and email address • Emergency contact details • Relevant medical information that may be necessary to protect the child’s health and wellbeing during football activities — 2. Purpose of collecting this information We use this information to: • Register players and manage team membership • Communicate with parents/guardians about training, matches, events, and updates • Safeguard the welfare of players and respond to medical or emergency situations • Comply with league, insurance, or safeguarding requirements — 3. Lawful basis for processing** The Club processes personal data under the following lawful bases: Consent – you give permission for us to hold and use your and your child’s information for the purposes listed above. Legitimate interests – to effectively manage and operate the Club. Vital interests – to share relevant information in an emergency to protect a child’s health or safety. — 4. Data sharing and storage • Personal data is stored securely and only accessed by authorised Club officials and coaches when needed. • We DO NOT share personal data with third parties except where required by law, league registration, insurance, or safeguarding obligations. • Medical details may be shared with emergency services if necessary. — 5. Data retention We will retain your personal data while your child is a registered player and for up to two years afterwards for administrative and safeguarding purposes. After that time, it will be securely deleted or destroyed. — 6. Your rights You have the right to: • Request access to the information we hold about you or your child • Ask for corrections or deletions of that information • Withdraw consent at any time (please note this may affect participation if essential data is withdrawn) • Raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been mishandled 7.
